Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
Ticket exchanges are accommodated on a case by case either at the box office or by contacting Musical Masquers Admin at info@musicalmasquers.org.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Musical Masquers).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
